I am a Master's student of Psychology at Royal Holloway, University of London and am carrying out a study on why people ride bicycles, supervised by Dr. Anat Bardi. Your participation is much appreciated as the results from this study will help us to explore the motivation behind riding bicycles as well as daily and future behaviours. If you decide to take part, you will be requested to answer a questionnaire about yourself and your behaviours. You will also be entered into a prize draw for an Amazon gift voucher worth £30 ($50). ANYONE IS QUALIFIED TO PARTICIPATE!
The entire study will take around 15-20 minutes to complete. Only my supervisor and I will be allowed to see your responses and they will be recorded only by a participant number rather than your name to ensure the information is completely confidential.
You do not have to take part in this study if you choose not to, and you do not have to answer all the questions if you are uncomfortable to do so. If you decide to take part, you may withdraw at any time without having to give a reason. You are welcome to print a copy of this page for your reference.
