I'm starting a small business designing women's apparel with a particular style for graphic tees and tank tops. I have a few ideas of what I would like to be displayed on my apparel; now I just need a few good artists to put my ideals to pen and paper. I would provide a general idea of what I would like to have created. Once the artwork meets my expectations, I would pay an agreed amount to the artist. In doing so, once the artist receives payment he/she is giving me full and exclusive rights to use the artwork for my apparel business. I will give recognition to the artists and the artist can use the sold art to build aDD to their portfolio. However, the artists cannot distribute said art for any kind of monetary gain. I am paying for the exclusive rights to own the intelectual and creative property to use as I see fit. Thank you for your time and consideration.
